Diane opened Woodlawn Optical of Redmond in 1986.   She has been a Licensed Dispensing Optician since 1985.  She brings her optical laboratory experience to every glasses selection making the experience a focus on functional optics as well as style. 

Diane is three times past-President of the Washington State Licensed Dispensing Optician society.  She has served as Legislative Director for her state association for the last 16 years.  Diane was voted by her peers to be the Washington State "Optician of the Year" in 2001.  Currently she is the National Licensed Dispensing Optician Legislative Director.  Diane is an active participant in the eye care program for Medical Ministries.  Locally she has been an active leader in the Greater Redmond Chamber of Commerce, Rotary International, Business and Professional Womens' Association, and Leads.  

Diane brought Woodlawn Optical to the The Family Eye Doctors and Children's Eye Doctor's in 2004.  She and her husband Glenn live in Shoreline. They have four children and six grand kids.  Diane and Glenn enjoy golf and traveling.
