Warranties and Support

Frames

• All of our frames are backed by the maximum warranty offered by the manufacturer - usually 1 year from date of purchase.
   
• Your frames are covered in the event of breakage for any reason and as often as they may break.  We believe this makes our warranty better than most.
   
• If you are unhappy with your glasses for any reason, we will be happy to remake them in a frame of equal value one time within 60 days. 

Ophthalmic Lenses

• We will replace your lenses ONE time for one of the following three reasons:
  • Customer satisfaction within 60 days from original date of order
  • Doctor's change within 6 months from original date of order
  • Scratching/chipping within a year of original date of order

Contact Lenses

• We provide free shipping when you order a 6 month supply or greater. 
   
• Many of the suppliers we use provide rebates on the purchase of a 1 year supply of contacts within 60 days of a complete contact lens exam.
